Looking for

I'm looking for a CTO, Full Stack Dev with knowledge of NodeJs, Neo4J and React to join me in this business mission. We already had good reviews and feedback from investors and customers, but our CTO and my cofounder had to leave the company.

Now I'm looking for a co-founder in Barcelona with a work for equity solution, waiting for the launch of our Platform.

We are working on building a WebApp and a white-label solution that will help companies to monetize.

Looking for someone who will jump on this adventure.

About Us

MOVITY is a simple, shared and innovative platform which aims to provide smarter travel solution by ground and sea wherever a local community needs it. We enable SME organizing and offering their travel solutions online and travellers to easily find and book a unique and cheaper e/ticket travel solution.

MOVITY is an online platform (PaaS) that enables SME focused on travel and transportation to digitalize and efficiently manage online reservation and booking process on one side thanks to a performant online PaaS, while on the other side we offer to the users a simple, efficient and functional "aggregation" platform where they can find and book local cheaper local travel solution in one and unique e-ticket, no matters how much stops or companies are involved in the process. We solve the problem of matching between the supply and demand in the local transport sector, providing smarter travel solutions to people in local regions and provinces, especially to tourists and commuters.

Regarding small and medium travel companies, they are trying to digitalize their offer and services, but this inflates a lot their own operating costs. Moreover, a good part of them does not focus on online marketing and promotions. This influence negatively they sales, especially in touristic areas.

On the user's side we have to split them between locals and tourists:

  • The first segment knows routes and companies involved in the transfers and due to that they book a physical ticket, but they suffer mainly the pricing policy.
  • On the other side, the tourist does not know anything about routes and companies. Due to that is impossible to book transfer tickets and they are trying to solve the problem on arrival.

We solve the problem of matching between the supply and demand in the local transport sector and the need of digitalization of SME of the local travel sectors. Our main customers are local SME in travel and transportation, mainly the ones that provide inter-city local routes in touristic regions. We could provide our platform in all the regions where locals suffer a lack of innovation and efficiency in the local transport infrastructure (i.e. Greece, Spain, Portugal).

We identify four major problems in those areas and our goals is to beat them:

  • High supply fragmentation
  • No collaborative environment
  • Lack of digital information about routes and timetable
  • Still living in the 80’s
