We have developed a Location Intelligence platform for Retailers & Shopping Centres that delivers Location Based Offers (LBO) to customers live in Store influencing customer buying behaviour in store. Using Customer & Business insights we make the Customer Journey personalised increasing dwell time & frequency of visit driving profitability amongst the customer base. Developed for Retailers to create a single omni channel view of the customer and to allow real time messaging with the customer. Allowing us to market to our customers on a personal relevant manner.Integrating into existing hardware we deliver increased spend & Dwell time. We can analyse each movement of the customer as they enter the store analysing dwell time, areas visited & previous purchases allowing segmentation by persona or micro segmentation . We also work with BazaarVoice who provide the recommendation engine for almost all retail e commerce sites. This segmentation allows us to deliver promotions that can be redeemed live in store. We are then linking into EPOS & loyalty to analyse line item data to increase basket size, improve margin & spend in Retail stores. In malls we can do this through a store card or OCR solution creating a personal recommendation engine with machine learning.
On the staff side using Wi Fi & i beacon technology we can look at staff to customer ratios. We can look at interactions with customers. We can run reports on sales & benchmarking increasing efficiency & improving productivity.
Even with anonymous data we can show individual dwell times & travel paths. Areas visited & abandoned baskets.
We can identify heat maps and better product placement by demographic or persona. Giving suppliers much more granular data & allowing them to drive better decisions at store level. It also allows better customer insights than that achieved by AC Neilsen or Kantar.
We then hope to develop an app that will allow existing customers to scan their goods on the phone & self checkout. We have looked at the MasterCard qwikpay solution for this. Allowing us to close the payment loop. This will allow us to move away from the traditional shop format to create an experiential experience similar to online but with better customer experience. Using Customer insights to drive the Business insights we hope to re formulate the store increasing customer service and removing mundane tasks from operators making the shopping experience better than anything currently available.
